Vernonia fischeri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kenya. Nama ilmiah Vernonia fischeri diperkenalkan oleh Karl August Otto Hoffmann pada tahun 1894.
