Veronica elliptica merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Selandia Baru, Chili selatan hingga Kepulauan Falkland. Nama ilmiah Veronica elliptica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Forster pada tahun 1786.
