Veronica scrupea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Pulau South Selandia Baru bagian timur laut. Nama ilmiah Veronica scrupea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philip John Garnock-Jones pada tahun 2007.
