Vestia foetida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Vestia foetida diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hipólito Ruiz López pada tahun 1824.
