Vicia canescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Italia selatan hingga Suriah dan Iran. Nama ilmiah Vicia canescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jacques Labillardière pada tahun 1791.
