Vigethia mexicana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko (Coahuila, Nuevo León, Tamaulipas). Nama ilmiah Vigethia mexicana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sereno Watson pada tahun 1943.
