Vigna halophila adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil timur laut. Nama ilmiah Vigna halophila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Vancouver Piper pada tahun 1978.
