Vincetoxicum cabulicum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan utara. Nama ilmiah Vincetoxicum cabulicum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Friedrich Nicolaus Bornmüller pada tahun 2021.
