Vincetoxicum lycioides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Vincetoxicum lycioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1891.
