Vincetoxicum yonakuniense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Nansei-shoto (Yonaguni-jima). Nama ilmiah Vincetoxicum yonakuniense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Sumihiko Hatusima pada tahun 2003.
