Vismia plicatifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Hypericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Vismia plicatifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bénédict Pierre Georges Hochreutiner pada tahun 1919.
