Wahlenbergia hirsuta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika dan Afrika Selatan hingga Himalaya. Nama ilmiah Wahlenbergia hirsuta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Michael Pakenham Edgeworth pada tahun 1960.
