Weigela floribunda adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (barat dan Honshu tengah, Shikoku). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan crimson weigela. Nama ilmiah Weigela floribunda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philipp Franz von Siebold pada tahun 1854.
