Wikstroemia australis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pulau Norfolk. Nama ilmiah Wikstroemia australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Stephan Friedrich Ladislaus Endlicher pada tahun 1833.
