Willemetia tuberosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kaukasia hingga Iran. Nama ilmiah Willemetia tuberosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Ernst Ludwig von Fischer pada tahun 1838.
