Xanthophyllum korthalsianum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra bagian tengah, Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Xanthophyllum korthalsianum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1864.
