Xanthophyllum neglectum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan timur dan timur laut. Nama ilmiah Xanthophyllum neglectum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ruud van der Meijden pada tahun 1973.
