Xanthosoma striolatum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah French Guiana, Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Xanthosoma striolatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1856.
