Xerochrysum bicolor merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tasmania. Nama ilmiah Xerochrysum bicolor diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Lindley pada tahun 2001.
