Xerophyta elegans (Balf.) Baker

Xerophyta elegans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mpumalanga timur hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Xerophyta elegans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Hutton Balfour pada tahun 1875.
