Xerophyta spekei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia selatan hingga Zambia utara. Nama ilmiah Xerophyta spekei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1875.
