Xylocalyx carterae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Orobanchaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Somalia tengah. Nama ilmiah Xylocalyx carterae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Mats Thulin pada tahun 1987.
