Xyris ekmanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Xyridaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba barat. Nama ilmiah Xyris ekmanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustaf Oskar Andersson Malme pada tahun 1925.
