Zamia amplifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Zamiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia barat laut. Nama ilmiah Zamia amplifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Maxwell Tylden Masters pada tahun 1878.
