Zamia stricta merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Zamiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba timur. Nama ilmiah Zamia stricta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1851.
