MARICAO PRICKLYASH Zanthoxylumbifoliolatum Leonard
Zanthoxylum bifoliolatum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Hispaniola hingga Puerto Rico. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan maricao pricklyash. Nama ilmiah Zanthoxylum bifoliolatum diperkenalkan oleh Emery Clarence Leonard pada tahun 1924.
