Zygia cauliflora merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia dan Brazil. Nama ilmiah Zygia cauliflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1940.
