Zygia coccinea var. macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Amerika Selatan bagian barat hingga Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Zygia coccinea var. macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Spruce pada tahun 1997.
