Zygia confusa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Zygia confusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Maria de Lourdes Rico pada tahun 1991.
