Clematis macropetala merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Ranunculaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Siberia selatan hingga China utara. Nama ilmiah Clematis macropetala diperkenalkan oleh Carl Friedrich von Ledebour pada tahun 1829.
