Baccharis havardii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Amerika Serikat bagian selatan-tengah hingga Meksiko (Chihuahua). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan havard's false willow. Nama ilmiah Baccharis havardii diperkenalkan oleh Asa Gray pada tahun 1884.
