Cornus officinalis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Cornaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China tenggara dan utara-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan asiatic dogwood. Nama ilmiah Cornus officinalis diperkenalkan oleh Philipp Franz von Siebold pada tahun 1839.
