Paku kawat adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Schizaeaceae. Nama ilmiah Lygodium scandens diperkenalkan oleh Olof Peter Swartz pada tahun 1801. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Lygodium flexuosum.
