Mucronea perfoliata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah California barat daya dan selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan perfoliate spineflower. Nama ilmiah Mucronea perfoliata diperkenalkan oleh Asa Gray pada tahun 1905.
