Sideroxylon lanuginosum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Sapotaceae (suku sawo-sawoan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat tengah dan selatan hingga Meksiko. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan gum bully. Nama ilmiah Sideroxylon lanuginosum diperkenalkan oleh André Michaux pada tahun 1803.
