Achyropsis leptostachya adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Afrika Selatan dan kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Achyropsis leptostachya pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1893.
