Acourtia nelsonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko barat daya. Nama ilmiah Acourtia nelsonii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Benjamin Lincoln Robinson pada tahun 1973.
