Aeschynanthus setosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Gesneriaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India. Nama ilmiah Aeschynanthus setosus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig Kraenzlin pada tahun 1928.
