Agatea schlechteri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Violaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Agatea schlechteri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hans Melchior pada tahun 1925.
