Agave americana var. oaxacensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asparagaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca, San Luis PotosÃ). Nama ilmiah Agave americana var. oaxacensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Howard Scott Gentry pada tahun 1982.
