Agave fourcroydes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asparagaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga Guatemala. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan henequen. Nama ilmiah Agave fourcroydes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Antoine Lemaire pada tahun 1864.
Agave fourcroydes var. espiculata L.H.Dewey Agave rigida var. elongata Baker Agave sullivanii Trel.
