Agave madrensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Agave madrensis mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2014.
