Agave utahensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asparagaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat daya. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan utah agave. Nama ilmiah Agave utahensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Engelmann pada tahun 1871.
