Aloe cameronii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Aloe cameronii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Botting Hemsley pada tahun 1903.
