Amalophyllon rupestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Gesneriaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada permukaan bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas), hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Amalophyllon rupestre pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1914.
