Arthrocaulon franzii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semisukulen dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman) yang bebentuk perdu atau perdu kecil. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Cape Verde, Senegal. Nama ilmiah Arthrocaulon franzii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Petrovich Sukhorukov pada tahun 2017.
