Asparagus striatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asparagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape hingga Provinsi Free State (Afsel). Nama ilmiah Asparagus striatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1794.
