Astragalus cymboides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Utah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan canoe milkvetch. Nama ilmiah Astragalus cymboides diperkenalkan oleh Marcus Eugene Jones pada tahun 1895.
