Astragalus fridae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Iran timur laut. Nama ilmiah Astragalus fridae diperkenalkan oleh Karl Heinz Rechinger pada tahun 1940.
