Atriplex acanthocarpa subsp. coahuilensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas selatan hingga Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Atriplex acanthocarpa subsp. coahuilensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1988.
